摘　　要：近年来,基因工程技术广泛应用于马铃薯抗病、抗菌、抗虫、抗除草剂、品质改良及生物反应器的研究中并取得了一定进展。本文综述了近20年国内外基因工程在马铃薯育种上的应用现状,为马铃薯产业的大力发展提供了理论依据。In recent years, the genetic engineering techniques had been widely used in research of dis- ease resistance, antibacterial property, insect resistance, herbicide resistance, quality improvement and bio- logical reactor of potato, and some progress had been achieved. The application status of genetic engineering in potato breeding at home and abroad in the recent 20 years was reviewed in this paper, which would provide theoretical references for potato industry development.
