摘 要:目的:探讨PDCA循环管理法在急诊科低年资护士培训中的效果。方法:将PDCA循环引入急诊科低年资护士培训工作中,通过计划(Plan)、实施(Do)、检查(Cheek)、处理(Action)的具体措施的实施,对低年资护士进行培训和考核。结果:采用PDCA循环管理法对急诊科低年资护士进行培训的实验组,在理论知识、急救护理技术操作、护理工作能力、患者和医生满意度测评分别与采用传统方法培训的对照组比较,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理法应用于急诊科低年资护士培训中,有效地提高低年资护士急诊专业知识、操作技能和护理工作能力,提高了护理质量和护理安全。Objective: To explore the methods and results with PDCA cycle in the training of junior nurses in emergency department. Method: PDCA cycle was introduced in the training of junior nurses in emergency department, through the plan ( Plan ), ( Do ) implementation, examination ( Cheek ), processing ( Action ) implementation of the specific measures, for training and testing for junior nurses.Result: The experimental group was training with PDCA cycle management of emergency department nurses, in theory, first aid nursing technical operation, nursing skills, patient and physician satisfaction respectively compared with the control group, significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The PDCA cycle management method is applied in the training of junior nurses in emergency department, effectively improve the junior nurses professional knowledge, skills and ability of nursing work, improve the quality and safety of nursing.
