大蒜素凝胶治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究大蒜素凝胶局部应用治疗轻型复发性口腔溃疡的有效性。方法采用随机、双盲临床试验,对102例轻型复发性口腔溃疡患者进行分组治疗。大蒜素组51例,用含1%大蒜素的凝胶局部涂抹,安慰剂组51例,用不含大蒜素的凝胶局部涂抹,均为每天4次,连续5d。在0、2、4和6d分别记录溃疡的大小和疼痛评分。结果治疗过程中各组失访2例,每组49例轻型复发性口腔溃疡患者完成试验。相对安慰剂组,大蒜素组在治疗的各个时段都显著减小溃疡面积,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);减轻溃疡疼痛效果方面,大蒜素组各个时段也优于安慰剂组,组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素凝胶能有效缓解轻型复发性口腔溃疡的疼痛症状及促进溃疡面愈合。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of topical application of allicin gel in treatment of minor recurrent aphthous ulcers （MiRAU）. Methods A randomized, double-blind clinical trial was performed on 102 patients with MiRAU. Fifty-one patients in the allicin group were treated with allicin gel, and 51 cases in the placebo group were treated with the placebo gel,4 times daily for 5 days. Ulcer size and pain scores were recorded in 0,2,4 and 6 days. Results Forty-nine cases in each group completed the trial. Compared to the placebo group, the ulcer area was significantly reduced in the allicin group at all time point, the difference between the two groups .was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. For the ulcer pain control, allicin group was superior to placebo group at each period with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The allicin gel can effectively relieve pain and promote healing of MiRAU.
