摘  要:目的探讨Sandwich教学法在临床肿瘤学教学中的应用效果。方法选择72名肿瘤科临床实习生随机分为实验组(36人)和对照组(36人),分别实施Sandwich教学和传统教学。教学结束后利用问卷调查和出科考试成绩分析教学效果。出科考试成绩应用t检验进行统计学分析,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果问卷调查显示,超过80%的学生认为Sandwich教学法可以激发学习兴趣,提高学习效率,培养其独立思考、综合分析和解决问题的能力,提高表达、沟通和团结协作能力。实验组出科考试成绩优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论Sandwich教学法在临床肿瘤学教学中取得良好效果,有助于培养高素质的肿瘤学专科人才。Objective To investigate the teaching effects of Sandwich teaching mode applied in clinical oncology teaching. Methods Totally 72 clinical medicine undergraduates were divided into two groups randomly: Sandwich teaching group and traditional teaching group. Sandwich teaching mode was introduced to Sandwich teaching group while traditional teaching mode was carried out in traditional teaching group. Questionnaires and test paper were analyzed between the two groups and two teaching modes were evaluated. Examination results were statistically analyzed by t test. Results According to the questionnaires, more than 80 percent of the students thought that the initiative and enthusiasm were fully mobilized by the Sandwich teaching mode. Studying efficiency was improved significantly and skills of independent thinking, comprehensive analysis and problem-solving were trained, meanwhile, Sandwich teaching mode can improve the ability of expression and communication. Test score of students in Sand- wich teaching group was higher than those in traditional teaching group ( P〈O.05 ). Conclusions Sand- wich teaching mode has obvious advantages in improving teaching quality of clinical oncology and it may help to cultivate high quality oncology specialists.
