摘　　要：鉴于区域资源共享的高职院校物流实训基地对高职院校物流管理人才培养的重要性,以浙江经济职业技术学院物流实训基地为例,详细介绍了该实训基地的运行与管理机制,并针对实践中存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。In view of the importance of the jointly-owned regional logistics practical training bases in the cultivation of logistics management talents by the higher vocational colleges, then in the ease of the logistics practical training base of Zhejiang Vocational ＆Teehnieal College of Economics, introduced in detail the operational and management system of the base and then proposed the corresponding measures to solve the existing problems.
