摘 要:基于高速铁路旅客高标准、高质量的出行需求,针对现有研究中双层规划模型存在的问题,均衡考虑运营企业利益和旅客需求,建立反映高速铁路旅客行为的双层规划模型。在客流分配的下层规划模型中根据服务网络结构,结合失败概率的换乘惩罚,采用合适的路径搜索算法进行客流分配,并基于客流分配结果对高速铁路列车开行方案进行评价。通过算例分析得到列车开行方案较优解,验证模型和算法的可行性。Based on the high-speed railway passenger traveling demand of high standard and high quality,targeting with problems existing in bi-level programming model of existing research and considering the benefit of operation enterprise and passenger demand,the bi-level programming model which reflecting high-speed railway passenger activities was established.In the lower-level programming model of passenger flow distribution,according to the structure of service network and combining with transfer compensation of failure probability,suitable route searching algorithm was applied to take passenger flow distribution,and evaluation on highspeed railway train working diagram was taken based on the result of passenger flow distribution.Through example analysis,the optimized solution of the train working diagram was achieved and the feasibility of the model and the algorithm was proved.
