摘　　要：据统计,人们在语言交际活动中,在听、说、读、写、译五大语言技能中,听力居首位,是一种非常重要的语言技能。听力不仅是获取信息的一种手段,也是汲取语言营养的不可缺少的渠道,听力还有助于促进说、写、读、译能力相应的提高和巩固,因此,听力在英语学习中占有重要地位。校方投入大量资金建立英语听说自主学习系统的语言实验室,在实践中取得了一定的成绩,但管理方面还有提高和改进的空间,本文谈谈听说自主学习系统的管理。According to statistics,people in language communication activities,in listening,speaking,reading,writing and translation of the five language skil s,listening is in the first place,it is a very important language skil .Listening is not only a means of obtaining information,but also indispensable channel to gain language nutrition. Listening also helps promote speaking,writing,reading and translating abilities to improve and consolidate correspondingly.Therefore,listening in English learning occupies an important position.Our university spent a lot of money in building English autonomous learning system of language laboratory.In practice we have obtained certain achievements, but management should be improved.The article is about the management on listening and speaking autonomus learning system.
