我国成人高等教育办学机构理念革新论析

摘　　要：办学理念是成人高等教育办学机构的灵魂,对成人高等教育办学机构的发展具有定向作用。因此,我国成人高等教育办学机构的改革与创新,应以理念革新为先导。在新的历史时期,我国成人高等教育办学机构应当高扬人本理念、树立开放理念、强化服务理念、引入市场理念。也就是说,我国成人高等教育办学机构应坚持"育人为本"的办学宗旨,尊重成人学习者的主体地位,发挥成人高等教育工作者的积极性和创造性;成人高等教育办学机构应定位于一种开放型组织,致力于培养开放型人才,采用开放性发展模式;成人高等教育办学机构应是一种服务于社会、服务于成人学习者的服务型机构;成人高等教育办学机构应从市场需求出发,接受和适应市场经济的普遍规律。Educational idea is the soul of adult higher education institution, it has a directional effect on the development of adult higher education institution. Therefore, the reform and innovation of adult higher education institutions in China, should take the idea innovation as the guide. In the new historical period, adult higher education institutions in our country should uplift the humanistic ide- a, set up the open idea, strengthen the service idea, and introduce the market idea. That is to say, adult higher education institutions in our country should adhere to the tenet of ＂human - centered education＂, respect the subject status of adult learners, give play to en- thusiasm and creativity of the adult higher educators ; Adult higher education institutions should be the open organizations, devote them- selves to foster the open talents, use the open development mode ; Adult higher education institutions should be the service institutions, which service to the society, service to adult learners; Adult higher education institutions should be based on the market demand, ac- cept and adapt to the common law of market economy.
