摘 要:共轭亚油酸(CLA)研究已成为国内外研究热点,共轭亚油酸具有预防和减低癌症发生,减肥功效,尤其具有显著降低乳脂肪合成作用。研究共轭亚油酸对奶牛乳脂合成及调控相关机理对提高牛乳品质、产量及人类健康具有重要意义。文章结合国内外大量研究成果,分析CLA对乳脂肪合成的影响和调控机制,综述共轭亚油酸在影响乳脂肪合成及相关基因表达的最新进展,以期为调控乳脂肪合成提供理论参考。The conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) have been become the important research area. The conjugated linoleic acid can prevent and reduce the occurrence of cancer, obesity and especially have a significant reduction in mammary lipid synthesis. It's important to study the conjugated linoleic acid on milk fat synthesis and regulation mechanism to improve milk quality, yield and human health. This present paper analysis effects of CLA on milk fat synthesis and regulation meichanism by lots of research results, reviews the recent advances of the effects of CLA on milk fat synthesis and related gene expression, with a view to regulation of milk fat synthesis to provide theory reference.
