摘　　要：利用初等解析的方法研究了复合函数S(bk(n))与数论函数U(n)的均方差均值分布,并给出了一个较强的渐近公式。The main purpose of this paper is using the elementary and analytic methods to study the average variance mean value problem involving the F. Smarandache composite function S （ bk （n） ） and a number theory function U （n） , and give a sharper asymptotic formula for it.
