摘  要:近十年来欧洲博士生数和博士学位授予数急剧增长,因此有很大一部分博士生必须到非学术单位求职。但是,由于缺乏工程背景,欧洲的博士毕业生的工作表现不够理想。因此,欧洲各国政府、大学、企业在联合推进校企合作博士生培养模式,旨在提升学术型博士生的工程背景。本文分析了该培养模式是如何实施的,其成绩、困难以及挑战。本文并根据我国情况给出了如何借鉴欧洲经验的政策建议。The last decade has witnessed a dramatic increase in the number of doctoral students and doctorate holders in Europe. As a result, a large proportion of Ph.D graduates have to seek employment from non-academic employers. However, the academic Ph.D graduates often perform lower than expected due to their lack of engineering background. Collaborative Doctoral Education is a scheme that European governments, universities, and enterprises jointly take to enhance the engineering background of Ph.D graduates. In this paper we analyze how the scheme is implemented, give comments on its achievements, difficulties, and challenges. Finally, we give suggestions on how we can borrow European experience based on China's special circumstances.
