摘　　要：在教学质量日益得到重视而又存在较大问题的情况下,以教师为本位思考促进教师"安心"教学和"潜心"钻研教学的方法;以学生为本位探索发挥学生学习的主观能动性、提高学生创新能力的措施,最终达到提高本科教学质量的目的。The quality of teaching is getting more and more attention, and it needs improved really. Think the methods on the standard of teachers to promote them to study teaching deeply. Think the methods on the standard of students to explore subjective initiatives of learning and to improve the innovative ability. Then achieve the goal of improve the teaching quality of undergraduate.
