摘　　要：高等职业教育是我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,作为示范性职业技术学院,承载着我国职业教育的前途和希望,只有坚持"以人为本"的教学理念,才能使示范性职业技术院校走上可持续发展的道路,才能推动我国职业教育的发展。Advanced vocational education is an important part in our country＇s advanced education. As the demonstrated vocational colleges, they load the future and hope of our country＇s vocational education. Only if we persist in the teaching ideology of people foremost, can we bring about a sustained development in the demonstrated vocational collages, and propel our country＇s vocational education forward.
