摘　　要：高校学风是大学精神的集中体现,是教书育人的本质要求。大学贵在良好学风,本文通过分析航海类专业学风建设现状,提出从加强准军事化管理励志教育、党员"一帮一"联动机制建设、航海特色校园文化建设三个方面探索航海类专业学风机制构建。College learning atmosphere is the intensive embodi- ment of college spirit, and is the core requirement of education. This paper analyzes the current situation of learning atmosphere construction for navigation majors, and proposes several measures of constructing the learning atmosphere from three aspects.
