摘　　要：作为中国近代一名著名的、并在高等教育上颇有建树的教育家,唐文治论师生关系颇具启迪。他提出"标准"学生和师道的概念,并以此对教师和学生的责任和义务进行阐述。他提出的师友理论在当今的高等教育哲学中依然占有重要地位。As a famous modern Chinese educator, especially in the higher education .Tang Wen Zhi on the deal relationship between teachers and students theory was quite an enlightenment, In order to inter^pret the responsibilities and obligations.of teachers and students,he proposed the concept： ＂standard＂ students and teacher way. This concept still play a important role in the modern philoshopy of higher education .
