摘　　要：大学生就业问题是当今社会、家庭、学生所共同关注的问题,整合并利用高校、企业和专业机构的现有资源,发挥各自优势,优化结构,共同做好大学生实践教育工作,是全面促进大学生职业生涯规划教育、进一步解决大学生就业难的关键问题。职业生涯实践环节教育的有效途径包括设计阶段性的职业生涯教育类型,实现就业指导观向规划及教育观的转变,组织职业生涯规划体验活动,提供充分的培训机会。College students＇ employment problem is the common concerns of today＇s society,family and students.Integrating and using the existing resources of colleges and universities,businesses and professional organizations,playing their respective advantages,optimizing the structure,and jointly improving the students＇ practical education are the key issues of comprehensively promoting the career planning education and further solving the graduates employment.Effective means of career practice education include designing the periodical career education,realize the transformation of employment guidance to the planning and education concept,organize career planning experience activities,provide adequate training.
