摘　　要：我国成人教育中介组织随着成人教育的发展逐渐形成,在参与成人教育管理体制建设的过程中有其独特的意义:有助于政府转变职能,提高成人教育管理效率;可以加强协调指导,推动信息公开,优化资源配置;可以强化监督,促进成人教育管理规范化等。既然成人教育中介有其独特的价值,政府应积极发挥培育与发展成人教育中介组织的主体作用;借鉴西方经验,弥补成人教育中介组织的不足;加强成人教育中介组织保障体系的自身建设。With the development of adult education,China＇s adult education intermediary organizations gradually formed its unique significance in adult education management system： to contribute to the transformation of government functions and improve management efficiency of adult education;to strengthen coordination and guidance,to promote information disclosure,to optimize resource allocation;to strengthen supervision and promote adult education management standardization.So the government should actively play the main role in the nurturing and development of adult education intermediary organizations;learn from Western experience,make up for the lack of intermediary organizations in the adult education;and strengthen the self-construction of the security system of adult education intermediary organizations.
