摘　　要：利用SPCE061A单片机与LabVIEW软件相结合,设计了一种数字式晶体管特性图示仪。由SPCE061A为核心构成数控电压(电流)驱动与测量的下位机,测量数据由PC机采集并进行图示处理。图示仪设计采用功能集成的思路,能精确地测试常见类型晶体管(场效应管)集电极电流I_c(漏极电流)与集射极电压V_(ce)(漏源电压)的变化曲线以及放大倍数(跨导系数)与集电极电流(漏极电流)的变化曲线等。实测表明,仪器精度好,方便易用,且性价比高。A digital transistor characteristic graphic instrument is designed with SPCE061A microcontroller and LabVIEW, SPCE061A is the core of lower computer, used as a programmable voltage/current source and the measuring device, the graphical representation of the data can be showed by PC. According to functional inte- gration ideas, graphic instrument can accurately test the varying curve of common type transistor （ field effect tube） collector current lc（ drain current） and collector emitter voltage Vce（ drain source voltage）, and the var- ying curve of amplification （transconductance） and collector current （ drain current）. Application shows that the instrument has high precision and performance-cost ratio, and is easy-to-use.
