摘 要:遗传学的快速发展给医学遗传学的实验教学提出了更高的要求,传统的教学方法、内容以及考核评价体系存在诸多不足。从这几方面进行了改革和探索,设立医学遗传学综合性实验,充分发挥学生的积极主动性,培养其动手操作能力和科学思考能力,探索一条适合医学院校遗传学实验教学发展的道路。结果显示,新的实验教学模式有利于培养学生的创新能力和综合素质。Rapid development of medical genetics has put forward higher requirements for the genetics experimental teaching. The methods, contents, and assessment system of traditional teaching have many deficiencies. Therefore, experimental teaching of medical ge-netics has carried out the reform and exploration by establishing comprehensive experiment of medical genetics whose purpose is to de-velop students' initiative, hands-on skills and scientific thinking skills. This is to provide a foundation for the development of genetics experimental teaching in medical college. The results show that the new experimental teaching mode is more conducive to cultivate the students' innovative ability and overall quality.
