摘 要:供应链知识共享是由正向知识共享和逆向知识反哺两个过程组成,根据委托代理理论为含有知识反哺环节的供应链知识共享设计出最优激励契约.引入一个新的知识价值评价因子,该评价因子能够更加准确地反映知识共享的效益,对知识需求企业的激励强度和知识供应企业的知识共享努力水平起到调节作用.通过比较知识反哺存在与不存在两种情况下的激励模型,得出知识反哺能够增加知识共享双方的收益并提高知识供应企业的知识共享努力水平,知识需求企业可因此降低对供应企业的激励强度.最后,为激励供应链上的知识供应企业参与知识共享提供了相应的措施.Knowledge sharing in supply chain consists of the positive knowledge sharing and the reverse knowledge feedback.According to the principal-agent theory,this paper establishes the optimal incentive contract of knowledge sharing in supply chain based on knowledge feedback.A new knowledge value evaluation coefficient is introduced,it can reflect the benefits of knowledge sharing more accurately,and then the incentive intensity of the knowledge demander and knowledge sharing effort of the knowledge supplier can be adjusted.Meanwhile,through the comparison of the incentive contracts when knowledge feedback occurs and dose not occur,it indicates that knowledge feedback can increase the revenues of both enterprises and enhance the effort level of the knowledge supplier in knowledge sharing,then the demander can reduce the incentive intensity for the supplier.Finally,the methods which motivate the knowledge supplier to share knowledge in supply chain are put forward.
