摘　　要：口腔颌面外科学是一门重要的口腔医学课程。改进实验教学方法,加强临床操作技能培训才能适应当代医学教育发展。从更新教学观念、转换角色、丰富教学方法、完善考核制度等方面,阐述口腔颌面外科学实验教学改革的经验与探索。Oral and maxillofacial surgery is one of the fundamental courses in oral medicine. Only when the methods of experimental teaching and student＇s clinical operating abilities are improved can we adapt to the modem development of medical education.The paper elaborates on practical experience and exploration of reform in experimental course of oral and maxillofacial surgery from the following aspects： update teaching concepts, convert roles, enrich teaching methods and improve assess system.
