高校师德建设现状以及内外因分析

摘　　要：师德建设是高校精神文明建设的重要组成部分,是高校教书育人的重点内容,对于高校人才培养、增强高校综合竞争力以及社会主义现代化建设都具有重要意义。然而近年来我国高校师德建设和教风均有不断下滑的趋势,现状不容乐观,文章在探究师德各个层面的基础上,对高校师德建设的内外因的时代语境作细致辨析与微观挖掘。Teacherst morality is an important part of the spiritual civilization building and a key el ement of universities teaching. It is of utmost significance for the talents training in universities, en hancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the colleges and universities as well as the socialist modernization. However, there is a declining trend in college teachersr morality and teaching style in recent years, which is not optimistic. This paper tends to explore the context of the internal and ex ternal causes, which is based on the investigation ofteachers＇ morality at all levels.
