摘　　要：在影响我国高校创新人才培养的诸多因素中,考试评价制度是关键一环。从考试功能定位、考试内容、考试形式、计分方式、考后反馈与管理等方面对我国高校现行考试评价制度存在问题进行了全面分析,并提出了有针对性的制度设计建议。Among so many factors that can affect the cultivating of innovative talents in higher ed- ucation, the examination and evaluation system is a key one. The paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the examination and evaluation system in higher education in China mainly from the perspectives of functional orientation of examination, examination content, examination format, sco- ring methods, after-exam feedback and management. Based on this analysis, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to redesign the system.
