摘　　要：玉米胚芽油是一种高品质食用植物油,随着需求量的逐年增加,其制油后的副产物也逐渐增多。玉米胚芽油副产物主要有玉米胚芽渣、玉米胚芽粕、玉米胚芽饼、油脚及脱臭馏出物等,这些副产品在食品工业、饲料工业、医药及化工行业的综合利用有着广阔的前景。Corn germ oil is a kind of high quality edible vegetable oil. With the increasing demand, the by-products after oil extraction are gradually increasing. In general, there are corn germ-residue, corn germ meal, defatted corn germ cake, oil foots and deodorization distillate. These by-products have broad prospects for comprehensive utilization in food industry, feed industry, pharmaceutical industry and chemical industry.
