摘  要:以果蝇为动物模型,通过研究长山药多糖对果蝇吃食数、性活力、飞翔能力、寿命四个指标的影响,评价长山药粗多糖的抗衰老作用。实验结果显示,饲喂5%山药粗多糖能显著增加果蝇的吃食数(雄果蝇增加88.6%,雌果蝇增加46.8%,p<0.01),果蝇的性活力显著提高40.2%(p<0.01);果蝇的飞翔能力显著提高22.1%(p<0.01);显著提高了果蝇的平均寿命(雄果蝇增加28.0%,雌果蝇增加36.8%,p<0.01)和最高寿命(雄果蝇增加24.0%,雌果蝇增加46.0%,p<0.01)。研究结果表明,长山药粗多糖对果蝇具有延缓衰老作用。To observe the effect of Chinese yam polysaccharide on the anti-ageing in Drosophila,the study was investigated through four parameters,these parameters were the number of feed,sexual energy,flying ability and life-span. The experimental result showed that feeding 5% Chinese yam pelysaccharide significantly increased the number of flies feeding(males increased by 88.6% ,females increased by 46.8%,p〈0.01 ), drosophila sexual activity was significantly increased by 40.2% (p〈0.01). Flies flying ability increased significantly by 22.1% (p〈0.0i). Average life-span of drosophila(male drosophila increased by 28.0%,female drosophila increased by 36.8%,p〈0.01 ) and maximum life-span(male drosophila increased by 24.0%,female drosophila increased by 46.0% ,p〈0.01). The experimental result showed that Chinese yam porysaccharide had the function of delaying consenescence.
