摘 要:流式细胞术是能够用来快速检测液相中悬浮粒子多种物理特性的一种现代分析方法。因其具有分析速度快和灵敏度高等优点,该方法正逐渐被应用于食源致病菌的检测。本文介绍了流式细胞术的两个主要应用平台(流式细胞仪和Luminex系统)的工作原理和分析流程,并着重对近年来将流式细胞术用在食源致病菌检测中的相关研究进行了调研和综述,从食源致病菌全菌分析以及细菌核酸检测等方面进行了剖析,对该方法在食源致病菌检测中应用的前景作了展望。Flow cytometry is considered as a modern analytical method that can be used to detect multiple physical characteristics of particles suspend in liquid phase. Due to these advantages of rapid and high sensitivity,flow cytometry has been gradually used for the detection of foodbome pathogenic microorganisms. In this article,the principle and procedure for flow cytometry were introduced,and two major application platform including flow cytometer and Luminex system were discussed, Recent researches for application of flow cytometry for detection of foodborne pathogen were investigated and reviewed,analysis methods based on foodborne pathogen whole cells and nucleic acid were discussed,and future application of flow cytometry for detection of foodborne pathogen was prospected.
