摘　　要：以铁岭师专体育健康教学团队的建设为例,在明确建设目标的前提下,对体育健康教学团队建设目标和意义进行论述,针对铁岭师专体育健康教学团队建设提出具体实施措施,明确了高职高专体育健康教学团队的发展方向.This paper takes the teaching team construction on PE health in Tieling Normal College as an example. Giving a brilliant exposition on the goals and meanings of teaching team construction on PE health, it puts forward some concrete measures, and defines the developing direction of teaching team construction on PE health in the higher vocational colleges in the end.
