摘　　要：校园文化是社会主义文化的重要组成部分。高职院校建设和谐校园文化要以个人发展与学校发展、科学精神与人文精神、校企文化融通三方面和谐为目标;坚持以科学发展观为指导,以社会主义核心价值体系为引领,以改革创新为动力的原则;把和谐物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和行为文化作为主要内容。The campus culture is one of the most important parts of the socialist culture. To construct the harmonious campus culture in higher vocational colleges, the three aspects of harmony can be considered as the target at： firstly, the personal development and the college development, the scientific spirit and spirit of humanity, and the coherence between the campus culture and enterprise culture secondly, the principle of the persistence in the scientific development concept as guidance, that of the insistence on the socialist key value system as the leaditg, and that of the adherence to the reform and innovation as the motivation~ and thirdly, the harmonious combination of the material culture, spiritual culture, system cul- ture and behavior culture as the main contents.
