摘　　要：高职院校如何提升专业服务产业能力,是业内人士关注的热点。我校建筑工程管理专业建设通过创新校企合作体制机制、加强专业建设和改革、校企共建利益共同体、大力培养"双师型"师资队伍等途径,有效提升了服务产业发展能力。How to promote the capability of professional service industry for higher vocational colleges is the attention paid by the industry insiders. It is concluded that the practice on the development of the construction engineering and man- agement major of the College can be considered as the efficient promotion to the capability in the service industry by the ap- proach to innovating the system and mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation, strengthening the major construction and reform, e.~tablishing together the interest community by colleges and enterprise~, and cultivating greatly the teaching staff of double professional teachers.
