摘 要:本试验研究了不同水平氨基酸-脂肪复合物对山羊瘤胃液菌体蛋白、血清尿素氮、食糜及血清中氨基酸含量的影响。试验选用平均体重为(59.80±3.23)kg、体况良好、安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管的成年崂山奶山羊公羊4只。采用拉丁方试验设计,试验羊分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0、60、120和180 g/d氨基酸-脂肪复合物的试验饲粮。试验共分4期,每期21 d,其中预试期18 d,正试期3 d。结果表明,添加氨基酸-脂肪复合物提高了瘤胃液菌体蛋白含量平均值,但影响不显著(P>0.05),显著提高了瘤胃和小肠食糜及血清中总氨基酸、必需氨基酸和多种氨基酸的含量(P<0.05),显著降低了血清尿素氮含量(P<0.05)。经回归分析,提高瘤胃和小肠食糜及血清中必需氨基酸含量最适宜氨基酸-脂肪复合物添加水平为122.54~138.64 g/d。综上所述,饲粮中添加氨基酸-脂肪复合物能提高瘤胃和小肠食糜及血清中总氨基酸和必需氨基酸含量,降低血清尿素氮含量,从而提高机体对蛋白质的利用效率,最佳水平为122.54~138.64 g/d。The effects of amino acid-lipid complexes on contents of mycoprotein in rumen fluid, urea nitrogen in serum and amino acid contents in chyme and serum of dairy goats were studied in the present experiment. Four dairy goats with an average body weight of ( 59.80 ± 3.23 ) kg, fitted with ruminal cannulas and duodenal fistulas, were used as experimental animals in a 4×4 Latin square design. Goats were fed diets supplemented with 0, 60, 120 and 180 g/d amino acid-lipid complexes. The trial consisted of 4 stages. Each stage lasted for 21 days with 18-day preliminary trial period and 3-day formal trial period. The results showed that the sup- plementation of amino acid-lipid complexes increased average mycoprotein content in rumen fluid ( P 〉 0.05 ), and significantly increased the contents of total amino acids ( TAA), essential amino acid (EAA) and many a- mino acids in ruminal and small intestinal chyme, and serum ( P 〈 0.05 ), but significantly reduced serum urea nitrogen content (P 〈 0. 05 ). According to regression analysis, the supplemental level of 122. 54 to 138.64 g/d was optimized for the increases of EAA in ruminal and small intestinal chyme, and serum. In con- clusion, the supplementation of amino acid-lipid complexes is beneficial for improvement of the contents of TAA and EAA in ruminal and small intestinal chyme, and serum, reduction of serum urea nitrogen content, and improvement of utilization efficiency of protein. The optimal level is 122.54 to 138.64 g/d.
