摘　　要：铁路运营食品安全是国家食品安全的重要组成部分。作者在建立铁路食品安全管理体制机制方面进行了有益的探索与实践。在详细介绍武汉铁路食品安全监管组织架构、"六项工作制度"及其监管成效的基础上,提出了建立综合监管体制和长效工作机制,是保障铁路食品安全的治本之策。Food safety of railway operation is an important part of the national food safety.This paper has carried on the beneficial exploration and practice in the area of to establish management system and working mechanism of railway food safety. Detailed introduction regulatory structure of food safety supervision and＂the six work system＂and significant achievements in wuhan railway.The paper puts forward the comprehensive supervision system and long-acting working mechanism are fundamental countermeasures for guarantee food security of railway.
