摘　　要：科学发展观是指导高等职业教育改革发展的强大思想武器,针对高职院校师资队伍建设存在的问题,从科学发展观的方法论角度阐述高职院校师资队伍建设的目标和途径。The scientific development concept is a powerful ideological weapon to guide the reform and development of higher vocational education. This paper explains the goals and means of faculty building in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of scientific development concept.
