摘　　要：临床病理讨论会是医疗工作中的重要组成部分,本文就在综合性医院实际工作中开展临床病理讨论会的组织、准备、选材、参加人员及记录等诸方面的问题进行了分析,提出了一系列建议,例如,注意选择病例,重视病理在临床病理讨论会中的作用,促进青年医师积极参与,讨论过程详细记入病案等,希望能为更好的开展临床病理讨论会提供借鉴。Clinical pathological conference is a very important part of medical treatment work. This paper analyzed and gave rel- evant suggestions on the problems in the carrying out of clinical pathological conference in aspects such as the organization, prepara- tion, selection, participants and recording in the practical work of a general hospital. For example, we should choose the cases care- fully, emphasize the effect on pathology, encourage young doctors to take part in clinical pathological conference actively and keep a detail record of the whole discussion in the medical record. We believed these references would be helpful to provide reference for the development of clinical pathological conference.
