摘 要:文章研究了以邻菲啰啉作为显色剂,通过光度法测定铁含量,从而间接测定食盐中柠檬酸铁铵含量的检测方法。方法改善了显色条件,使检测结果准确可靠,操作过程快速、简单。通过条件实验,确定了合适的试剂添加量。通过干扰试验,验证了该方法可以排除食盐中常见的钙、镁、钾、碘、硫酸根离子的干扰。此方法对柠檬酸铁铵的检出限为0.1μg/mL,且在测定体系中柠檬酸铁铵含量为0.1 mg~0.5 mg之间具有良好的线性,线性相关系数为0.999 9。采用此方法测定20次柠檬酸铁铵含量为23 mg/kg的样品的标准偏差为0.35 mg/kg。This article proposes a method for determination of ammonium ferric citrate in edible salt by using spectrophotometry to determine the content of iron with 1.10-phenanthroline as color developing agent.The color reaction conditions are improved so that the operation process can be faster and easier,the results can be more precise and reliable as well.We found the appropriate amount of reagents by experimenting on their influence on absorbance.In interference test,we proved that the method can eliminate the interference of common ions in edible salt such as Ca2 +、 Mg2 +、K+、I-and SO42-.The detection limit of ammonium ferric citrate in the proposed method is 0.1 μg / mL.The linearity of this method is well held when the content of ammonium ferric citrate in the measuring system is between 0.1 mg and 0.5 mg,and the correlation is 0.999 9.The standard deviation is 0.35 mg / kg in 20 experiments on a sample with 23 mg / kg ammonium ferric citrate.
