摘　　要：心理系统是一个非线性、不确定性的复杂系统,属于复杂性科学的研究范畴。将复杂性科学所包含的协同学作为研究工具,把心理学中的"自我概念"作为协同学中的序参量,用逻辑性的思维引导大学生对自身心理活动过程再思考。提供了一种新的大学生心理健康教育理论视角,并为促进大学生心理健康水平发展提供了实践方向。Psychological system is a nonlinear, uncertain and complex system, belonging to the research category of complexity science. By taking the synergetics theory contained in the complexity science as a research tool, and adopting the psychology of the ＂self concept＂ as the order parameter of synergetics, this paper uses logical thinking to guide college students to rethink their own psychological activity process. It provides a new education theory perspective of students ＂psychological health ,and a practice direction for improving students＂ psychological health level.
