摘　　要：语言测试资源是教育资源的重要组成部分,是语言教学与研究、考试质量监控的重要依据。随着我国汉语国际推广形势的高速发展,来华留学生的数量逐年增长,在我国境内参加中国汉语水平考试(HSK)的考生人数不断增加。建设一个协作性(interoperability)较高的HSK考生信息数据库对于开展汉语测试效度研究、对外汉语教学研究以及留学生教育政策的制定等具有重要的应用价值。本文在对考生信息资源库开发的必要性进行探讨的基础上,专门就中国汉语水平考试(HSK)考生信息资源库建设的原则、方法和过程进行了解析,并对资源库在测试理论、汉语教学和教育政策研究领域的共享与应用进行了考察。Language testing resources is one of the most important language resources in the field of applied linguistics. As the proliferation of the Chinese test takers, it is of high practical val- ue to build up a test takers information bank. This article, based on the discussion of the importance of language testing resources bank in educational purpose, specifically addresses to some points as the construction principles, methods and processes. It concludes that the interoperability of the in- formation bank is the key consideration to facilitate and promote the research practices in teaching Chinese as a second language.
