摘　　要：基于现有理论文献梳理,利用访谈和预备性研究初步确定了企业网络能力测项;通过量表构建、精炼与检验,最终形成了一个包括网络感知、网络发起、网络控制、网络重构、网络学习的5维结构。Enterprise network capacity is a key focus in current business administration study. It reconciles the existing theories and initially consolidate the test items of enterprise network capacity via interviews and preliminary study. Through constructing, refining and inspecting the scale, eventually it establishes a five dimension structure of network sensation, network initiation, network control, network reconfiguration and network learning. It also confirms the principal of the formation mechanism of network capacity and its effect to enterprise performance in innovation via questionnaire data. The study reveals the conduction between network location and acquisition of knowledge of variables.
