摘　　要：目前,我国生鲜物流业中普遍存在着物流服务质量监管体系缺陷问题,开展生鲜食品冷链物流服务质量评价指标体系的理论及应用研究意义重大。文章从建立生鲜食品冷链物流服务质量评价体系的原则,指标体系涉及的内容及评价方法的选取等角度,对如何建立生鲜食品冷链物流服务质量评价指标体系进行讨论,以期望为今后的研究提供必要的理论借鉴和实际指导。At present, there commonly exist defects in the monitoring system of logistics service quality in China^s freshlogistics industry. Therefore. it is of great significance to carry out theoretical and applied researches on the evaluation index system of fresh food cold chain logistics service quality. This paper discusses how to set up the evaluation index system of fresh food cold chain logistics service quality, viewing the principles of establishing the evaluation system, the contents related to index system as well as the selection of evaluation methods, looking forward to providing the necessary theoretical reference and practical guidance for our future.
