摘  要:针对士官学员的特点,从转变教员对士官英语备课的认识、讲授与学习的关系和着力转变差生三个方面分析了教员要纠正的认识偏差;根据精讲、多练、泛考的士官英语课堂教学模式,提出了突出课堂教学实践性原则的具体方法;最后指出了考评模式改革的具体措施以及"教考分离"要注意的问题.这对士官学校转变英语教学理念、提高教学效果具有较好的借鉴作用.Aimed at the features of the non-commissioned officers, this article analyzes the teachers' awareness deviation to be corrected from such three aspects as changing the teachers' view of preparing English lesson for sergeants, the relation between instructing and learning, and exerting to turn the poor cadets. In accordance with the modes of intensive instruction, more exercises and extensive test for English class teaching of sergeants, the specific methods that highlight the principle of practice in class teaching are proposed ,and finally, the concrete measures for reform on appraisal modes and the problems to be noticed for the separation of teaching with testing are pointed out in this article, which possess a better reference for changing teaching ideas, improving the teaching effect on NCO' s English learning.
