士官电类课程理实一体教学模式的实践

摘　　要：为了提高士官学员学习电类课程的兴趣、增强教学效果,提出了理实一体的教学模式,并在课堂上进行了教学实践.近三年的教学实践表明:理实一体的教学模式符合士官学员的认知规律,有利于激发学员的学习兴趣和培养学员的实践动手能力;同时提升了教员的教学理念,这为士官电类课程教学模式改革提供了一种思路和方法.In order to boost the sergeant＇ s interest in learning electrical courses and improve teaching effect, this article presents a teaching mode, namely unification of theory and practice, which is organized and implemented in class. Nearly three years＇ teaching practice indicates that the unification of theory and practice conforms to the sergeant＇ s cognitive laws, is propitious to inspire the cadet＇ s learning interest and train their ability of practice, and meanwhile, upgrades the teacher＇ s teaching idea, which gives a sort of thinking and method for teaching reform of sergeants＇ electrical courses.
