摘　　要：传统的教学模式已经不适应应用型人才的培养,本文从探索如何培养通信工程专业人才入手,提出了＂两个桥梁＂概念,分别从建立健全实践教学体系,课堂教学的改革,专业教师工程背景的培养,学科竞赛的辅助等几方面分析了如何保障应用型人才的培养。The traditional teaching mode can＇t adapt to cultivate applied talents,this paper explores how to cultivate professional talents of communication engineering,proposed the＂two bridge＂concept,analysed how to guarantee the application talents on the aspects of establishing and perfecting the system of practice teaching,the reform of the classroom teaching,the culturing of engineering background of teachers,and the academic competition auxiliary.
