摘　　要：阐述医院知识资源的内涵,对医院知识资源配置中的人力资源、信息资源、政策保障资源、科研产出及病患资源五项指标进行论述。提出严格控制医疗人员数量增长、完善知识传播渠道和传播方式、动态调整医院知识资源配置结构等建议。The paper introduces the connotation of hospital knowledge resource, discusses five indicators of hospital knowledge re- source allocation：human resource, information resource ,policy support resource ,research output and patient resource. Then it proposes to strictly control growth of hospital staff,improve channel and mode ofhospital knowledge transmission,dynamically adjust allocation structure of hospital knowledge resource.
