宜春市2008年至2012年碘盐监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:全面、准确地了解宜春市碘盐生产、分装、批发企业和居民家中碘盐质量情况,确保食盐加碘措施的落实。方法:根据江西省碘盐监测实施细则进行监测,采用国标(GB/T13025.7-1999)中的直接滴定法定量测定样品。结果:全市共检测生产批发层次盐样104批,合格104批,批次质量合格率为100%。10个县(市、区)共检测14400份居民户盐样,合格13862份,不合格504份,非碘盐34份,非碘盐率0.24%,碘盐覆盖率99.76%,碘盐合格率96.49%,合格碘盐食用率96.26%,碘盐中碘含量中位数平均为30.95mg/kg。结论:从碘盐检测测结果看,碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率高,我市食盐加碘防治碘缺乏病成效显著。Objective:To ensure the implementation of the measures of the salt iodization by comprehensively and accurately understanding Yichun City iodized salt production,packaging,and quality of iodized salt both in the wholesale businesses and household use.Methods:Monitoring iodized salt according to the Jiangxi province executive detailed rules of monitoring;using the direct titration method in the national standard(GB/T13025.7-1999) for quantitative determination Results:All the 104 batches of iodized salt tested were eligible in production and wholesale levels and eligible rate was 100%.In 10counties(city,area) 14400 samples of household salt were detected with the eligible being 13862,the noneligible being 506,34samples being non-iodized salt and non-iodized salt rate 0.24%.The coverage of iodized salt was 99.76%,eligible rate of iodized salt being 96.49% and edibility rate of qualified iodized salt 96.26%.The median averaged 30.95mg/kg.Conclusion:From the monitoring results of high coverage rate and high rate of eligible iodized salt,it is obvious that the city has made great achievements in salt iodization prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders.
