试论“精英教育”在医学生培养过程中的必要性

摘　　要：精英是指在一定的社会中,有比普通人更优秀的内在属性或有较好的外在属性,在一定领域内和在一定水平的基础上,通过他们的领导职能可使全社会的各种价值得到增值或得以保持下去;在决定全社会的结构方面,他们起主导和骨干作用。医学精英则是在医学领域中出类拔萃的综合素质高的专业人才。随着社会环境医疗环境的改变,医学教育模式也应随之转换,普通高等教育向精英教育转变十分必要。医学精英教育应该以提高医学生的综合素质为目标,在提高医学生的医学专业素质的同时,更应该提升他们诚信度和责任心,注重医德教育,在现阶段医疗环境下,更要增强他们的法律意识。Elite is the group that has better intrinsic or extrinsic properties than the average in certain areas,and on the basis of a certain level,they can make the value of the whole society be increased or maintained through their leadership functions.They play a leading and a key role in determining the structure of the whole society.Medical elite is a comprehensive high-quality professional group excels in the field of medicine.With the change of social and medical environment,medical education model should also be followed conversion.It is necessary to change the higher education model to the elite education model.The medical elite education should be targeted to improve the overall quality of the medical students,should improve the professional quality and enhance their integrity and sense of responsibility.Meanwhile the elite education should focus on enhancing their awareness of the law.
