摘　　要：全面实施素质教育,实现人的全面发展,这既是马克思主义全部理论的核心与基础,也是科学发展观"以人为本"本质和核心的内在要求和发展目标。高职院校素质教育讲坛作为实施素质教育,促进学生全面发展的阵地、平台、渠道,既是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的宝贵实践,更是科学发展观"以人为本"立场的真实体现。The full implementation of quality education and the all-around development of the people,are not only Marx＇s whole theory basis and the core of scientific outlook on development,but also the essence and core of the people-oriented idea＇s inherent requirement and development target.The quality education forum in higher vocational colleges is the implementation of quality education and promotes all-round development of students,which not only shows a valuable practice of applying the scientific outlook on development but also embodies the people-oriented idea.
