摘  要:师专升本院校坚守教师教育,应以教师教育专业化的理论为基础,通过建立教师教育的专业学院、建设教师教育的专业队伍、教育实习与毕业论文相结合、提升师范生的教师专业能力等一系列教师教育改革,培养适应基础教育改革和发展的高素质教师人才,为教师教育这一优势和特色赋予新的内涵。In order to hold fast to teacher education,elevated university from teacher college should take the theory of teacher ed- ucation specialization as its basis. Through establishing specialized colleges and building up a team of specialized teaching staff for teacher education,elevated multidisciplinary university ought to go through a series of teacher education reforms, such as combining educational internship with graduation thesis and improving student teachers' professional teaching capability etc. , and cultivate highly qualified teaching talents who will adapt to the reform and development of compulsory education, so as to endow teacher education which is advantageous and special with a new meaning.
