摘　　要：采用调查研究的方法,对西部民族地区的326名物理"特岗"教师的专业化现状进行深入调查,研究得出物理"特岗"教师专业化知识比较欠缺,专业化教育理念比较落后,专业化教学技能比较单一,专业化情意比较肤浅,并在此基础上提出了相应的专业化发展对策。the research method of survey adopted, an intensive study is carded out on the current profession staus of 326 physics ＂special positioned＂ teachers in west minority region. It is discovered in the study that these professional knowledge of these teachers is insufficient; their professional education concept is backward; their teaching methods remain to be diversified; and their affection on profession is very superficial. In view of the findings, the peper provides corresponding countermeasures for profession development.
