摘　　要：在朱熹的知行关系思想中,其知先行后、知轻行重的伦理道德学说,对当今的官德建设具有重要的借鉴意义。In Zhuxi＇ s knowing and doing theory, that knowing is the first step and doing is more important than knowing has great significances for the official moral construction nowadays.
