摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,知识更新速度的加快,教育普及程度逐步提高,20世纪西方的教师培养进行了大面积的改革。"师范教育"的概念逐渐被"教师教育"所替代,教师教育更加注重职前职后一体化和教师的专业化发展等,在改革过程中积累了丰富的经验,给我国的教师教育改革带来了深刻的启示。With the development of science and technology, knowledge had been renewed increasingly fast and education popularization gradually increased, which led to a large - scale reform in the training for teachers in the wes in the 20th century. The term ＂normal edu- cation＂ has been replaced by ＂teacher education＂ gradually, which pays more attention to the integration of pre -service and in -service education and the professional development of teachers. The reform provides us with abundant experience, which gives us profound illimi- nation on China~ teacher education.
