摘 要:为了研究并评价《生物化学》试题库在中医院校生物化学理论课教学中的应用效果,随机选取我校2009级三个专业作为研究对象,利用《生物化学》试题库的软件系统自动组卷,实行教考分离,采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析,分析试卷的质量。结果三套试卷的主要质量指标数值相近,成绩呈正态分布,难度适宜,具有较好的区分度和信度。这表明,《生物化学》试题库的建立与应用,促进了教考分离,增强了试卷的客观科学性,对中医院校教学改革具有积极意义。To study and assess the practical effect of the Biochemistry Databank of Examination Questions in biochemistry classroom teaching, the writer select randomly three majors from grade 2009 undergraduates as subjects. The papers were generated based on an auto-composing paper system, and the teaching-examination separation was performed. Following the data collection, statistical methods were used to evaluate the quality of various test papers. In the three papers, the main quality index values were similar, distribution of the scores showed normal distribution, difficulty and discrimination were moderate, and exam results were reliable. This shows that the establishing and applying of the examination system promote the separation of teaching and testing and enhance the scientific quality of the testing papers, which plays a positive role in the teaching reform of traditional Chinese medicine colleges.
